Hey everyone! Welcome to Ellie’s Healthy Kitchen.  My name is Ellie and I am a sixteen year old foodie from the UK.  Are you seeking inspiration for nutritious meals, recipes and tips?  Well, you’ve definitely come to the right place.  This website is for absolutely everyone no matter what age you are, what size you wear or what fitness levels you have.  I also hope to demonstrate that eating healthily isn’t about going on fancy diets, cutting out certain food groups or what you should look like.  Our aim is adopt a diet that’s super nutritious, energy boosting and also enables us to live long, happy and healthy lives.  After 21 days, it’ll become a habit and after 90 days it’ll become a lifestyle.  Best of luck with your journey! :)
